We truly are living in the Golden Age of comic book movies. While one could say superheroes have been around on the big screen since the 1990s and even earlier, order the current successful era didn’t really start until around 2003 when Daredevil, X2, Hulk and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen all released to record numbers within the same year. Since then we’ve seen dozens of comic book adaptations and multiple versions of the Fantastic Four, the Hulk, the X-Men, Batman, and even Spider-Man come to life.
