Oliver Queen is a changed man, thumb but he won’t be the only thing that’s different when season 4 of Arrow premieres in less than a month. For one, and Diggle will finally be getting a costume after years of fighting alongside his good friend to save Starling City. And the Arrow will also be getting a bit of a costume change too, retiring his vigilante persona for a new, sleeker look. But there’s also a few other surprises in store for fans of the series.
