A new full-length trailer from MGM teases the movie’s lead villain, played by Christoph Waltz, as well as Bond’s mysterious past. Monica Bellucci, Andrew Scott, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, Léa Seydoux and Jesper Christensen also star in director Sam Mendes’s last Bond film. Spectre releases in theaters on Nov. 6, 2015.

Lone Gunmen Returning for ‘X-Files’ Revival

Assistant Director Walter Skinner and the Cigarette Smoking Man won’t be the only The X-Files stars appearing in Fox’s revival. Tom Braidwood, Dean Haglund, and Bruce Harwood are also returning early next year as the infamous Lone Gunmen, conspiracy theorists who assisted Mulder on many a case back in the day. Langly, Frohike and Byers were last seen in the show’s series finale as ghosts, after dying in an earlier episode. It’s unclear how the trio will feature in the new season. [EW]

‘Logan’s Run’ Remake in Development with ‘X-Men’ Writer-Producer Simon Kinberg

A remake of sci-fi movie Logan’s Run, based on the novel by William F. Nolan, may finally be in the cards for Warner Bros. After unsuccessfully trying to revive the cult classic for the past fifteen years, X-Men and Star Wars writer-producer Simon Kinberg has now been hired to write the story and treatment for a new project. The script itself will be penned by another writer at a later point. Logan’s Run is set in a future society where people are killed once they reach a certain age. Logan is one of those executioners, who goes on the run when he sympathizes with those trying to escape their fate. [THR]
