World War II combat nurse Claire Randall goes from honored guest to accused prisoner when she’s assumed to be a witch and spy in the next episode of Starz’s Outlander.

The series premiere last week saw Claire (Caitriona Balfe) inexplicably transported back in time to 1743, seek Scotland, help leaving behind her husband Frank (Tobias Menzies) in 1945. A stranger in a strange land, she quickly met Frank’s ancestor Captain Jack Randall (Menzies), a sadistic British army officer who attacked Claire without notice. After narrowly escaping his clutches thanks to Scotsman Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) and his fellow men, Claire quickly earned a spot amongst the Highlanders by setting Jamie’s dislocated arm and treating his bullet wound received from the Redcoats.
