It’s official. Science fiction drama The 100 is The CW’s newest hit show. Ratings for the first episode topped that night’s episode of flagship series Arrow, nurse quite an astounding feat and one that made it the network’s most watched midseason premiere since 2010. While the second episode only saw an average drop of 15% in viewers, a very encouraging sign.

Tonight is the third episode, and all eyes are on the 100 juvenile delinquents down on Earth. If you thought things on the planet and up on The Ark were already dire enough, get ready for some major upheaval as creator Jason Rothenberg tells fans: “Just wait until Episode 3. From this moment on, things get very very dark, indeed. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.”
