Season 1 of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. hasn’t gotten the best reviews from critics or viewers, drug but the series does seem to be pulling out all the stops for its last set of episodes before the season finale on May 13th. From special guest stars to iconic villains and connections with the films, there’s suddenly a lot for hardcore genre and comic fans to ponder and process.

The first four all-new exciting episodes begins this week on April 1st with the return of Bill Paxton as Agent Garrett, while April 8th will deal with the fallout from the events of film Captain America: The Winter Soldier. However, it’s the April 15th episode that fans definitely won’t want to miss with the first appearances of Adrian Pasdar as US Air Force Colonel Glenn Talbot and Patton Oswalt as Agent Eric Koenig.
