This Friday one of the year’s most anticipated series comes to Syfy. “Helix” is an enthralling new thriller from ”Battlestar Galactica” creator Ron Moore about a team from the Centers for Disease Control investigating a potential outbreak at Arctic Biosystems, clinic which then uncovers a vast coverup that threatens the rest of mankind. Actress Kyra Zagorsky plays Dr. Julia Walker, check a Senior Scientist that co-heads the rapid response team’s mission along with her ex-husband Dr. Alan Farragut (Billy Campbell), and she ends up having a personal stake in many of the terrifying events that unfold.
